Luigi Roncaglia

Luigi Roncaglia ( born June 10, 1943 in Rover Bella) is an Italian former racing cyclist and two-time world champion.

Luigi Roncaglia was an amateur specialist in the team pursuit. Twice - in 1966 and 1968 - he was world champion in this discipline, twice - 1965 and 1967 - Vice World Champion.

At Olympic Games Roncaglia won two medals: the 1964 in Tokyo, he won a silver medal in the team pursuit, 1968, the bronze medal.

1969 Roncaglia turned pro and started inter alia, even with five six-day race; In 1970 he won the Melbourne together with Bob Ryan.
