Luigi Vitale ( born October 5, 1987 in Castellammare di Stabia ) is an Italian football player who is under contract with Napoli. The defense and midfield played since 2013 on loan at Juve Stabia.

Career

Luigi Vitale learned to play football in the youth of U.S. Avellino and Napoli as Defensive Allrounder. In the season 2005/ 06 he completed three games at Napoli. In the following season, he received only one application at Napoli, for which he was awarded for the entire 2007/ 08 SS Virtus Lanciano in the C series. In Lanciano he ran in 28 games in which he remained without a goal. The club finished in 16th place in Serie C1, but had for ten penalty points, which had been obtained due to the poor financial situation, to deny the league play-out games. In these Vitale defeated by Lanciano just the SS Juve Stabia and dismounted. Vitale then returned to his old club back to Napoli. In the 2008 /09 season he got 18 inserts in Serie A, in which he scored his first goal as a professional in the southern Italians. In summer 2009, Luigi Vitale was awarded for the rest of the season 2009/10 AS Livorno. The club also acquired an option to purchase the player. After settling in Livorno during the season won a regular place and relegation with the club as Table from the series A, the purchase option is not exercised and the midfielder returned to Naples.
