LuÃs Capoulas Santos
Luis Manuel Capoulas Santos ( born August 22, 1951 in Montemor -o- Novo) is a Portuguese politician of the Partido Socialista.
Life
Santos studied sociology. From 1991 to 1995 and from 2002 to 2004 Santos deputy was Assembleia da República. From 1995 to 1998 he worked as Secretary of Agriculture. From 1998 to 2002 he served as Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries in Portugal.
Santos since 2004 Member of the European Parliament.
