Luis Eduardo Pérez Pagola (* 1774, † April 10, 1841 ) was a Uruguayan politician.

Pérez was first in 1825 Vice - President of the Asamblea de la Florida. From July 26, 1828 to December 2, 1828, he was Gobernador y Capitán General de la Provincia Delegate. He was as a representative of the department of San José the first Uruguayan Senate in the first legislative period from 9 October 1830 to the March 5, 1833 and in the 3rd and 4th legislative period - this time as a deputy - February 27, 1839 to July 12, 1839 and 30 December 1839 until his death on 10 April 1841. At the same time he was its first president and had the Senate presidency from 1830 up to and including 1832 and again in 1840 held. 1839, 1840 and 1843 to 1845 including he also held the presidency of the Comisión Permanente de Poder Legislative. The latter data are, however, at odds with his date of death, so that it is given if this is a person with the same name or a substantive error on the website of the Uruguayan Parliament.
