Luiz Adriano de Souza da Silva, short Luiz Adriano ( born April 12, 1987 in Porto Alegre), is a Brazilian footballer.
Career
2006 Luiz Adriano started his career at SC Internacional of Porto Alegre. In his first year he was able to win the FIFA Club World Cup, but he scored in the semi-final 2-1 victory against Al -Ahly Cairo. In March 2007, the striker joined for three million euros to Shakhtar Donetsk in the Premjer - Liha and won with this club so far four times the Ukrainian Championship three times and the Ukrainian Cup.
In 2007 he took part with the U-20 selection his country at the U - 20 World Cup and reached the quarter-finals here, where you had to admit defeat in the extension of Spain. He also won the U-20 South American Championship in the same year.
