Luiz Carlos Vasconcelos ( born June 25, 1954 in Umbuzeiro, Paraíba, Brazil) is a Brazilian actor.

Theater and circus in particular have always been the great passions of Luiz Carlos. Furthermore, he is very interested in the interplay between theater and literature. He once wrote a novel of Guimaraes Rosa into a successful play called O because Vau Sarapalha.
