Luke and son is a detective series that ran in 1989 in ZDF, directed by March to May. The scripts on this twelve -part series was written by the authors Horst pillau and Walter Kempley and implemented by director Michael Günther.

Content

The widower Luke works as a Chief Commissioner to the police. His twelve year old son Peter supports him in solving tricky and complicated cases. The photographer Christine, Luke's girlfriend, acts as a counselor, life companion and surrogate mother. It goes into the criminal cases to robbery, theft, extortion, drug trafficking and murder.
