Luke Greenfield

Luke Greenfield ( born February 5, 1972 in Manhasset, Long Iceland, New York ) is an American film director.

Biography

Luke Greenfield grew up in Westport, Connecticut, about an hour from New York City, on. In 1994, he finished his education at a Southern California theater and film university.

In 2000 he was discovered, among other things by the famous producer Adam Sandler due to his short film "The right hook" and resulted in his first "real" movie, Animal - The animal in man (2001 ) Director. In 2004 finally created the film The Girl Next Door with the Canadian actress Elisha Cuthbert.

In addition, Greenfield founded in 2004 his own production company Wide Awake. He was also a two- year contract with a New Regency. He is currently producing six feature films for 20th Century Fox, New Regency and Columbia Pictures.
