Luke Messer

Allen Lucas " Luke" diameter ( born February 27, 1969 in Evansville, Indiana) is an American politician. Since 2013 he represents the state of Indiana in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

Luke Messer attended until 1991 the Wabash College in Crawfordsville. After a subsequent law degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville ( Tennessee) and his 1994 was admitted as a lawyer, he began to work in this profession. At the same time he proposed as a member of the Republican Party launched a political career. He worked in the following years on the staff of four congressmen. In 1999, he was also a member of the administrative Congress Committee on government reform. From 2001 to 2005, he served as Managing Director of the Republican Party of Indiana. In the years 2000 and 2010 he was defeated in the primaries of his party when he sought the nomination for the congressional elections. From 2003 to 2007 he was a deputy in the House of Representatives from Indiana. He then worked for the law firm Ice Miller.
