Luke Schenn

Luke Schenn ( born November 2, 1989 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player on the position of the defender standing since June 2012 at the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Luke Schenn played at the beginning of his career with the Saskatoon Contacts AAA before in the high-class Canadian Junior Football League WHL he moved to the Kelowna Rockets in 2005. Luke Schenns younger brother Brayden Schenn is also ice hockey player and plays for the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League as a striker. In 2008 he received the Jim Piggott Memorial Trophy as the best rookie and won with the Canadian junior national team the gold medal at the U18 World Youth Championship.
