Luke Treadaway

Luke Treadaway ( born September 10, 1984 in Exeter, Devon ) is a British theater and film actor.

Life and career

Born in 1984 Treadaway grew up in the southern English village of Sandford. His father worked as an architect, his mother is a teacher.

His twin brother, Harry Treadaway is also active as an actor. My theater teacher inspired both to begin the play. Together they stepped from the age of 16 years at the National Youth Theatre, and later studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art

Her film debut gave the brothers in Brothers of the Head as Siamese twins, which occur as a punk rock band. Luke devoted in addition to various short films and television productions first amplified the theater. Among other things, he entered in 2007 in Saint Joan and War Horse on. 2009 took over both roles Treadaways again as brothers in the play Over There, directed by Mark Ravenhill.

In 2012 he took a leading role in the tragi-comedy Cheerful Weather for the Wedding, a film adaptation of the novel by Julia Strachey from 1932.
