LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas is a Bulgarian oil and oil processing refinery ( petrochemicals ) west of the city of Burgas. It belongs to 93% of Lukoil Europe Holdings BV. The remaining seven percent are in possession of the Bulgarian state. The refinery had a turnover of 6.875 billion leva in 2008.

With its processing capacity of 176,800 barrels of crude oil a day (about 8 million tons per year ), the refinery was built in 1964, the largest in Southeast Europe and the largest employer in Bulgaria. In 1999, the refinery was privatized. The Russian Lukoil bought 58 percent shares for 101 million U.S. dollars. Further shares were traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. 2005, Lukoil Europe Holdings bought up all the shares traded and today controls 93 percent of Neftochim Burgas.

End of January 2012 was LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas known until 2015 investment of 1.5 billion U.S. dollars to make and want to create 3,000 new jobs. Here are new facilities for hydrocracking and catalytic reforming built, or are existing replaced. The new facilities also air pollution to be reduced.
