Lulu Santos

Lulu Santos ( born May 4, 1953 in Rio de Janeiro), actually Luiz Maurício Pragana dos Santos, is a Brazilian singer, guitarist and composer.

Career

Lulu Santos was inspired in his youth by the Beatles and played in the band Cave Man. Unlike his father he did not want a military career path, but left early in the parental home and lived as a hippie. At age 19, he played in the group Veludo Elétrico and later at Vimana. In 1981, he signed a recording contract with WEA, and took along with the journalist Nelson Motta Album " Tesouros da Juventude " on. In 1982 "speed Modernos ", 1983 " O Ritmo do Momento " and 1984 " O Último Romântico ".
