Lun Bawang

The Lun Bawang are an indigenous people on the Southeast Asian island of Borneo. They are counted among the Dayak. The Lun Bawang traditionally inhabit the highlands of East Kalimantan, the Indonesian part of Borneo, the Temburong District in Brunei, East Malaysia in the southwest of Sabah and the Limbang region in northern Sarawak. Previously they were often referred to as Murut, although they are more closely related linguistically and culturally with the Kelabit.

In the Malaysian Sarawak Lun Bawang who are assigned to the Orang Ulu; while they are referred to in neighboring Sabah and the Krayan valley in Kalimantan in general as Lundayeh or Lun Daye. At the regional level, the Lun Bawang with different names, for example Lun Lod, Lun Baa ' or Lun Tana Luun call.

The Lun Bawang operate traditional agriculture and animal husbandry. As livestock poultry, pigs and water buffalo are kept. In addition, hunted and fished.
