Lutefisk

Lutefisk ( dän: ludfisk or ludefisk, finn: lipeäkala, isl: lútfiskur, norw: lutefisk, Swedish time: lutfisk ) is a traditional Nordic fish dish. It is a further processing of dry fish. Lutefisk is a typical Christmas dinner. In Norway, 2004, more than 2,600 tons of lutefisk were consumed.
