Luud Schimmelpennink
Laurens ( Luud ) Maria Hendrikus Schimmelpenninck ( born May 27, 1935 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch politician, inventor, and was active from 1965 to 1967 in the Provo movement and initiator of the White Bicycle Plan.
Life
