Lyn Byl

Lyn Byl ( born December 1, 1979 in Wuppertal) is a former German -British handball player and current - trainer.

She started playing handball when Sonnborner TV and then moved to TuS Haßlinghausen. After the physiotherapist played for the TV Beyeröhde and 1997-2003 at Bayer Leverkusen. She then moved for 18 months for SC Buntekuh Lübeck, before she returned to Leverkusen, where she was a member until 2011, the Bundesliga club. With Leverkusen she won the 2005 EHF Challenge Cup, and in 2002 and 2010, the DHB Cup.

The 1.72 m wide circle player graduated five caps for the German national team and nine for the British national team. It belongs to the British contingent, which participates in the Summer Olympic Games in 2012.

Since June 2013, it is responsible for the first women's team as head coach at West German third division side FC Cologne 1.
