Lynnville is a town in Giles County in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Tennessee. In the census of 2000 the town had 345 inhabitants in an area of 0.9 km ².
The town was founded in 1809 and named after a small stream which runs at Lynnville. Since 1907, Lynnville is a town. Worth seeing is the Lynnville Railroad Museum, which showcases the history of the regional and national rail services.
