Lyssacinosida (also Lyssacinosa ) is an order in the class of Hexactinellida (glass sponges) in the root of the sponges ( Porifera ). The order includes seven families:

• Caulophacidae
• Euplectellidae ( Contains the type of watering sponge ( Euplectella aspergillum ) )
• Leucopsacidae
• Placoplegmidae
• Rossellidae
• Sympagellidae
