Lyudmila Shevtsova

Lyudmila Ivanovna Shevtsova (Russian Людмила Ивановна Шевцова, married Лысенко / Lysenko; * November 26, 1934 in Taman ) is a Ukrainian athlete and Olympic champion who competed for the Soviet Union.

In the XVII. Summer Olympic Games in Rome in 1960 won the gold medal in Shevtsova 800 - meter race before the Australian Brenda Jones ( silver ) and the German Ursula Donath (bronze).
