Lyudmila Zhuravlyova

Ljudmyla Wassyliwna Schurawlowa (Ukrainian Людмила Василівна Журавльова, Russian Людмила Васильевна Журавлёва / Lyudmila Wassiljewna Schurawljowa ) ( born 1946 ) is a Ukrainian- Soviet astronomer.

Schurawljowa works at the Crimean Observatory in Nautschnyj and discovered numerous asteroids, including ( 4086 ) Podalirius, ( 3108 ) and Lyubov ( 2374 ) Vladvysotskij. This makes it number 43 of the list of the most successful asteroid discoverer of Harvard University. She has discovered more than 200 asteroids, including 13 named along with others in the years 1972 until 1992. According to her, the asteroid is ( 26087 ) Zhuravleva.
