M-100 (rocket)

M-100 was a Russian sounding rocket with two stages. The M-100 was built 1957-1990 6640 times and was the most commonly built sounding rocket in the world.

The M-100 was able to bring a payload of 15 kg to a height of 90 km. The initial weight of the M -100 was 475 kg. M- 100 had a diameter of 0.25 m and a length of 8.34 m.
