MA Kharafi & Sons ( Mohammed Al Kharafi and Sons Company Abdulmohsin ) is a Kuwaiti global company with headquarters in Kuwait City.

The company was founded in 1956. MA Kharafi & Sons operates as a conglomerate, including in the media industry, in construction, in the real estate market in the telecommunications industry, as restaurant operators and the tourism industry. He co-founded the National Bank of Kuwait ( NBK )

Forbes magazine put it in 2011 to 77th in a list of the richest men in the world with an estimated fortune of $ 10.4 billion.
