The M18 motorway (English for, M18 motorway ') is a motorway in Yorkshire, England. It starts north-east of junction 32 of the M1 near Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster happens and ends at junction 35 of the M62, to the west of Goole. A cross is available with the Motorway A1 at junction 2 (junction 35 of the A1 (M)). The three-lane section between Sheffield and Doncaster was opened in November 1967 and served as a feeder to the A1, M1 since the time without a continuation ended in Leeds to the north.
In the 1970s, the highway was extended piecemeal to the junction with the M62, with the opening of the last section in 1979.
