M23 software distribution system

M23 is a free software distribution system for clients with Debian / Linux, Ubuntu / Linux, Kubuntu / Linux, Xubuntu, Linux Mint, Fedora, openSUSE and CentOS; the m23 server is running on a Debian system. Operation
