M42 Duster

The M42 Duster is an anti-aircraft tank of the Cold War era of American production. It was in 1952 on the basis of a light tank M41 to replace the outdated M16 system. The M42 was produced 1952-59 by General Motors and served in the U.S. armed forces until 1963, then in the National Guard. The last operated in the U.S. vehicles were retired in 1988.

In addition to the armed forces of other countries, the German Bundeswehr used the M42 under the designation Flak 40mm L60 CFBC, where he for the " initial " was from 1956.
