Maarten Wynants

Maarten Wijnants ( born May 13, 1982 in Hasselt ) is a Belgian racing cyclist.

Career

Maarten Wijnants began his career in 2004 with the cycling team Jong Vlaanderen 2016. Since 2005, he drives for the Belgian Professional Continental team chocolate Jacques. In his first year there, he was third at the Hel van het Mergelland. In 2006 he finished third in the fourth stage of the Tour of Hesse. Since the 2007 season Wijnants goes for the ProTour team Quick Step Innergetic at the start.
