Maastricht Railway Station is the main station of the city of Maastricht. It is located on the eastern side of the Meuse, in the Wyck district. The city has a second railway station, the Maastricht Randwyck station in the southeast of the city. Maastricht is situated on the major rail route for the region of Liège -Maastricht.

Operation and Traffic

In Maastricht trains run by three different transport companies. So here operate not only trains of the Nederlandse Spoorwegen, but also tracks the transport company Veolia Transport and the Belgian State Railways NMBS.

Bus

On the west side of the station, there is the bus station. This consists of two Inselbussteigen, an urban for bus services and the other for regional bus. Again buses across the border into Belgium and Germany.
