Macchi M.39
The Macchi M.39 was an Italian seaplane, which was built for the participation in the Schneider Trophy in 1926.
History
The competition took place in 1926 in Hampton Roads, Virginia, USA. Three Macchi M.39 participated. One had to give up in the fourth round, the other two reached the first and third place. The pilot Mario de Bernardi reached with the winning bike at an average speed of 396.69 km / h

It was a single-seater with two floats, which was developed by the designer Mario Castoldi the company Macchi.
