Maciej Kot
Maciej Kot (born 9 June 1991 Limanowa ) is a Polish ski jumper and member of the Polish A-team. His biggest international success is the bronze medal with the Polish team at the World Championship in 2013 in Val di Fiemme.
Career
Feces, jumping for the AZS Zakopane, which qualified for the first time on 13 December 2007 in Villach for a World Cup competition.
At the 2008 World Junior Championships he won the bronze medal in the team event and finished seventh in the individual competition. On July 6, 2008, he was the first to decide a Continental Cup competitions for in Kranj, Slovenia. At the 2009 World Junior Championships, he won the silver medal in the individual and together with the Polish team bronze. In July 2010, he was able to win third place, his first individual medal with the team of AZS Zakopane in the team competition his first Polish league titles and on the large hill. In 2011 he won at the Winter Universiade in Erzurum Turkish silver medal on both the normal and on the large hill. With the Polish team, he finished the bronze medal.
On March 3, 2012, he jumped at the team competition in Lahti with the Polish team in third place for the first time on the podium in the World Cup. On July 21, 2012, on the large hill in Wisła him scored the first victory in the Summer Grand Prix. In the Polish Championships on September 2, 2012, the same jump, he was able to win its first national individual titles. His best-ever individual score in a World Cup competition he reached fifth place in the New Year's 2013 in Garmisch -Partenkirchen in the Four Hills Tournament 2012/13.
In the Nordic World Ski Championships 2013, he won with his teammates Piotr Żyła, Dawid Kubacki and Kamil Stoch behind Austria and Germany the bronze medal in the team competition and thus the first Polish team medal in ski jumping at the World Cup. A few days later won faeces both in the individual and as a team at the Polish Championships 2013 in Wisła the gold medal.
