Magetobria

The Battle of Magetobriga was around 61 BC near the unlocated place Magetobriga discharged conflict between the Germanic Suebi under their leader Ariovistus and an alliance of Gauls, led by the Aedui. Ariovistus destroyed in this battle much of the opposing army and subjugated by large areas in Gaul.
