Magliolo

Magliolo ( in Ligurian: Majeu ) is a municipality with 947 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the northern Italian region of Liguria. Politically it belongs to the province of Savona.

Geography

Magliolo is located in the Valle Maremola on the eponymous river. The municipal land includes altitude 100-1335 meters above sea level. The administrative buildings are located at an altitude of 270 meters.

Magliolo belongs to the Comunità Montana Pollupice and is about 37 kilometers away from the provincial capital Savona.
