Mahabali

Bali (Sanskrit, m. बलि bali ), also Mahabali ( महाबलि Mahabali " great Bali " ), in Indian mythology is a pious king of the demonic Daityas. He is the son of Virochana who succeeds to become the ruler of the world including the upper and the nether world. Finally, he is overcome by Vishnu, in the form of dwarf Vamana Avatar and submits. The eldest son of Bali and Kotavi (which is also known as the goddess of the Daityas ) is the thousand- Bana.
