Mailín Vargas

Mailin Vargas (born 24 March 1983) is a Cuban shot putter.

In 2008 she was tenth in the Olympic Games in Beijing. The following year, she won gold at the Universiade in Belgrade and finished ninth at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin.

In 2011 she retired from the World Championships in Daegu in qualifying and finished fourth in the Pan American Games in Guadalajara.
