Mainflingen is located near a district of Aschaffenburg Main Hausen, a municipality in the district of Offenbach in Hesse. The district has Mainflingen 4,189 inhabitants.

History

The place was called in medieval documents Manolfingen, after the founder Manolf ( Germanic first name ), the suffix -ingen on is a sign of a foundation in the migration period.
