Maiori

Maiori is a municipality with 5560 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) on the Amalfi Coast in the province of Salerno, Campania, Italy. It belongs to the mountain community Comunità Montana penisola Amalfi. Even in Roman times the area was popular for recreational travel, as evidenced by finds from that very time. History

The castle encloses an area of ​​about 7500 m².
