Major Indoor Soccer League (2008–)

The Major Indoor Soccer League ( MISL ), and 2009 National Indoor Soccer League, is a professional American Indoor Football League, currently participate in their game operating five teams. She is the unofficial successor of the 2008 Major Indoor Soccer League closed. Four teams played until 2008 in the MISL, one was added on the 2008 also closed American Indoor Soccer League.

History

The National Indoor Soccer League was one of three indoor soccer leagues, which arose in 2008 after the dissolution of the second Major Indoor Soccer League. The others were the Professional Arena Soccer League and the Xtreme Soccer League. The NISL and XSL had similar structures, because there went over many of the former MISL teams. It also has the same rules as for the Major Indoor Soccer League have been applied.

In July 2009, the XSL presented its gaming operations and for one year. This National Indoor Soccer League was the highest and most profitable hall league in the United States. The XSL did not return and the NISL took over Milwaukee Wave.

For the season 2009/2010 the name was changed in Major Indoor Soccer League.
