This passionate courageous and independent race looks pretty rough because it was never grown on beauty. It is simple, earthy and selfless, mentally and physically healthy. It is unusual that a black dog the heat well, but this breed also holds high temperatures - that's why some animals have been exported to South America, where they are used for the protection of private property. Because the Ca de Bestiar is able to work in extreme heat and zuzulegen a thick skin in cold weather, it is also a good candidate for coyote control on North American sheep farms. In human relationships, he is no less problematic dog, often intolerable to strangers and / or arise against other dogs, his " own human family," but true; strong protective instinct.
