Malcolm Howard (rower)

Malcolm Howard ( born February 7, 1983 in Victoria, British Columbia) is a Canadian rower, who won the 2008 Olympic gold medal in the eights.

Howard stepped up to 1999-2001 times at the Junior World Championships 2001, he won a bronze medal coxless four. In 2003 he won the Canadian eight at the U23 World Regatta and 2004, he took up at the World Championships in the coxed four and received a silver medal. In 2005 he started together with Chris Jarvis in the coxless pairs and finished fourth at the World Championships. The World Rowing Championships 2010 Howard reached only the C- final and finished at the end of 17th place after a fifth place in the one at the World Cup 2011 in Lucerne, he moved for the World Championships in Bled back in the eighth, with whom he finished in third place.
