Malin Hartelius

Malin Hartelius ( born September 1, 1966 in Malmö) is a Swedish opera singer in the vocal range soprano.

Biography

Malin Hartelius studied in Vienna, was a member of the Opera Studio and in the season 1990/91 she was a member of the ensemble of the Vienna State Opera.

Since 1991/92, it is the Opera House Zurich connected, where they in The Magic Flute, Konstanze in The Abduction from the Seraglio, Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte, Adele in Die Fledermaus, Blonde in The Abduction from the Sophie, Elvira, Servilia, Pamina from the Seraglio, Annie sang in Der Freischütz, Adina, Norina, Celia in Lucio Silla, Estrella and Eudoxie in La Juive.

Guest performances by the artist to the festival in Ludwigsburg (1990 ), Schwetzingen (1991 ), Salzburg ( 1992, 1996 and 2013) and Aix -en- Provence. She sang Adina in Frankfurt, Sophie in Berlin, Adele in Paris, Konstanze in Hamburg, Pamina in Mannheim and Marcellina in Munich.

In concert, Malin Hartelius working with conductors such as William Christie, Nikolaus Harnoncourt, Riccardo Chailly, John Eliot Gardiner, Charles Mackerras and Franz Welser- Möst and orchestras such as the Vienna Philharmonic, the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, the Cleveland Orchestra, the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra.

Highlights of recent seasons have included concerts with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande in Geneva and Lausanne, Brahms ' German Requiem with the Cleveland Orchestra and Franz Welser -Möst and the Musikverein in Vienna Così fan tutte.

At the Zurich Opera House she sings currently in Don Giovanni, Barbarina in Le nozze di Figaro and La Juive and Eudoxie in Il re pastore, at the Salzburg Festival as Pamina in The Labyrinth Peter Winters.
