Malingering

Aggravation (from Latin aggravare: make heavier, worse ) refers to the significant deterioration of a condition over time. Most commonly, the term is used in medicine, where aggravation referred to the aggravation of a disease or disease symptom. Overstating the severity of their own disease by a patient will also be referred to as aggravation, as contrary to the dissimulation, the trivializing of disease symptoms.
