Malte Ludin

Malte Ludin (* 1942 in Bratislava ( Pressburg ), Slovakia) is a German film director and producer. He is a son of Hanns Ludin.

Life

Malte Ludin studied after graduating from high school in Salem at Lake Constance Political Sciences in Tübingen and at the Otto Suhr Institute of the Free University of Berlin. He graduated in 1968 with a degree in political science. After a one year internship at the Sender Freies Berlin ( SFB), he studied from 1970 to 1974 at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin ( DFFB). His thesis film, you know television? was the opening film of the XXIV International Mannheim Film Week 1974. Malte Ludin Since 1976 is working as a freelance writer, filmmaker and producer. In 1988, he was provisionally Director of Studies at the DFFB. Since 1990 he has been managing partner of Svarc. Film GbR in Berlin.
