Mamadou Alimou Diallo

Mamadou Diallo ( born December 2, 1984 in Conakry ) is a Guinean football player. Currently, the defender is the Turkish first division club Sivasspor under contract.

Career

Association

Diallo began his professional career in 2002 in his hometown at Satellite FC. He remained there, however, only a year before he ventured abroad in the summer of 2003. His first European club was the SC Lokeren, where he was four years under contract. After the team has always played in the first three years in the safe middle that you could barely fend off relegation for the season 2006 /07. In summer 2007 he changed to another continent. In the Asian part of Turkey, he signed a contract with Sivasspor. With the Red and Whites Diallo was in his first season reached the 4th place in the Süper Lig and thus qualified for the Intertoto Cup participation. Until the final day nor the runner-up was possible mathematically. He completed 29 championship games and then moved to Diyarbakirspor. There, however, it did not keep him long and he returned a year later back to Sivasspor.

National

Diallo is currently plaing for national player of Guinea-Bissau. For the African Cup of Nations 2006, he was nominated and came with the team in the quarter-finals, where you had to leave the preference with 2:3 choosing Senegal. Two years later, in 2008, he was back in the squad. This time the road was already in the quarterfinals to end when you clearly lost with 0:5 against the Ivory Coast.
