Mame Diouf began his career in the home at ASC Diaraf. With Mame Mbar Diouf his younger brother Mame Biram Diouf 2009 played together at Molde FK before Mbar Diouf moved to Sandnes Ulf. In January 2013 he followed his brother to Germany and joined the third division TSG Neustrelitz.
