Man O Man

Man -o- man was a moderated peer Augustinski game show on German television. It aired from 1992 to 1995 on Sat.1. Directed by Pit Weyrich.

Concept

The show was called a game show for women, which was reflected in an all-female studio audience and only male candidates. The ten candidates who came from the same town, came in games against each other, which should prove their manhood. At the games, both physical, and mental abilities of the candidates were required. After each round, the audience was excluded varying according to the round number of candidates from the ( female ), which were transported by designated as Limited Girls animators in a swimming pool. The winner of the game had to make a choice of three awards and was allowed to be kissed to "reward" of the Limited Girls.

The show was the most successful German TV show in the 90s. After takeoff in Germany man -o- man was produced over the years in more than 20 countries under the title "Man- o -Man " in England, Australia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden; in Spain, first regionally under the title " Elles & Ellos ", then nationwide under the title "Uno para todas "; in Italy under the title " Beato tra le donne "; in Portugal as " Ai os homens "; in France as " Le cheri de ces dames " in Turkey as " Ah kizlar vah erkekler ".

As of January 16, 2009, launched a new edition of one satellite broadcast under the name Mister Perfect - The men test, which was moderated by Alexander Mazza and the old concept took over largely.
