Manama (Arabic منامة, Manama DMG ) is one of the two enclaves of the Emirate of Ajman in the United Arab Emirates, with an area of 26 km ². The exclave is surrounded by Sharjah and Fujairah and is located 73 km east of Ajman City. Main occupation of the population is agriculture, is also located there, a small military base.

Gained international recognition the small territory in the late 1960s with philatelists, as Manama formed a postal territory with its own stamp spending.
