Mandamus (Latin we arrange ) is a legal term that refers to a judicial decision on the minor matter, so each, mostly addressed to a third party or to a government arrangement or disposition, which is not a final judgment in the main process, such as: interim measures, submission of files, review of detention ( habeas corpus mandamus ), etc.
