Mandern
Mandern on Burkelsbach is a municipality in the Trier -Saar castle in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality of Kell am See.
Geography
Mandern located in the Natural Park Saar -Hunsrück.
The district Niederkell Shockingly lies partly within the boundaries of forest hamlet. To Mandern includes the residential places Forestry House Klink, Lowest mill and Ulmenhof.

The blazon is: "Under a silver shield head, is a red cross bar, in green with a black Industrierad, in field a golden conifer, accompanied on either side of a golden ear of corn with black beans ".
Economy
In 1956, the automotive and construction suppliers Bilstein moved in Mandern. Today specializes in the production of shock absorbers, which now employs 850 workers on the ThyssenKrupp Group subsidiary factory, making it one of the largest employers in the region.
