Manfred Kinder

Manfred children ( born April 20, 1938 in Königsberg ) is a former German track and field athlete and Olympic medal winner who - starting for the Federal Republic - belonged in the 1960s to the world's best 400-meter runners. He participated in two Olympic medal successes with the German 4 x 400 - meter relay - the silver medal in Rome in 1960 and the bronze medal in 1968 in Mexico City.


At the Olympic Games in 1960 and 1964, he started for the Federal Republic in a joint German team.
