Manfred Orzessek

Manfred Orzessek (* June 30, 1933, † April 12, 2012 in Mönchengladbach ) was a German football goalkeeper and coach. He played for Borussia Mönchengladbach in the Bundesliga. In 1958, he was 04 German champion with FC Schalke.

Career

FC Schalke 04, 1953-1961

From Eintracht Gelsenkirchen Manfred Orzessek came in July 1953 to Schalke 04, where he soon replaced goalkeeper Heinz Kersting.
